Christina D. Economos, PhD

Christina D. Economos, PhD, New Balance Chair in Childhood Nutrition serves in several roles as an Associate Professor of Nutrition at Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, Associate Director, John Hancock Center for Physical Activity and Nutrition, and a Research Scientist at the Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, and Sarcopenia Laboratory, Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging.

Raymond R. Hyatt, Jr., PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Public Health and Family Medicine department of the Tufts University School of Medicine.

Aviva Must, PhD is Dean of Academic Affairs in the Office of Public Health and Professional Degree Programs for the School of Medicine, a Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the Tufts University School of Medicine and a Scientist in the Nutritional Epidemiology Program at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University.

Miriam E. Nelson, PhD is Director of the John Hancock Center for Physical Activity and Nutrition and an Associate Professor of Nutrition at Tufts University's Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.

 

Jennifer M. Sacheck, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the John Hancock Center for Physical Activity and Nutrition at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University.

New Balance Fellows


Sarah Sliwa , MS holds a Masters degree in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Food Policy and Applied Nutrition at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Her thesis will address the relationships between maternal employment, time spent in health-related behaviors, and child-weight status.

Becca Boulos, MPH, is a USDA Doctoral Fellow in Obesity, working on the Live Well research Study.

Emily Kuross, MS, is a Friedman Citizen's Doctoral Fellow, working on the Live Well research Study.
