Selected Graduate Fellowships for Students Interested in Water Resources

Tufts is delighted to announce the establishment of the "Provost's Graduate Fellowship". Beginning in the Fall of 2004, one fellowship will be awarded with an additional fellowship in Fall 2005. The fellowship is available to every school at the university and is intended to provide full tuition and a competitive stipend for the first two years of the Ph.D. program. Applicants engaged in interdisciplinary, cross-school activities are strongly encouraged.

One nomination from each school should be submitted to the University Council on Graduate Education (c/o Provost's Office) by March 1, 2004. One complete copy of the applicant's dossier (application plus transcripts and reference letters) accompanied by a one-page nomination letter from the Dean should be submitted. Selection of the school's nominee is at the discretion of the dean of each school. The Council will serve as the evaluation committee for the fellowships. Candidates will be selected by March 15, 2004.
